Villa on El Valle Golf Resort
VILLA SAN CLAIR is a front line detached 3 bedroom villa with it's own private swimming pool on the Polaris World Jack Nicklaus designed desert-style El Valle Golf Resort. The development is surrounded by a security wall and fence with CCTV, a gate lodge and has 24 hour security patrols. There is a restaurant, bar and a supermarket on the complex.
The villa, which is on one level, is both fully air conditioned and heated, making it an ideal location for holidays at any time of the year.
The spacious living/dining area has a double height ceiling and high cathedral windows, and has three double French windows leading to the outside areas and swimming pool. With it's comfortable Italian leather sofas, marble coffee tables and flat screen HD television and DVD player, guests can enjoy their surroundings. There is a dining table and 6 chairs inside and on the spacious terrace outside there is another large dining table and 6 chairs, where guests can take advantage of the gas barbeque and grill.
The 3 bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, twin basins, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds, and there is a separate bathroom with large shower room, basin, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.
Outside, on the spacious terraces, there is a pergola with comfortable seats and tables to enjoy breakfast or drinks. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool, and also the outside covered dining area as described earlier.
There is parking for two cars at the front of the property and a children's play area within 100 metres.
Although the villa is on the front line of the golf course, there is no danger of any stray balls coming into the property as the nearest tee is forward of the grounds.

St Javier (Murcia) airport is only 15 minutes drive and
Alicante ariport is a 40 minute drive away.
Set at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains, this is the perfect location for any golfing enthusiast.The Jack
Nicklaus designed desert-style golf course is one of 4 courses on the "Nicklaus Trail" (with 5 more under construction),all within easy reach of each other, and Polaris World provide courtesy buses running between them. There are also numerous other championship golf courses within easy driving distance.
The area is also a fantastic location for families who want to relax, unwind and enjoy the climate. The beaches of the Mar Menor are 20 minutes drive away, where water sport enthusiasts can enjoy the amenities in a safe environment. The cities of Murcia and Cartegena with their historic buildings and numerous restaurants, bars and shops are only a short drive away. For kids, there is a large water park in Murcia.
