CASA DE FORTUNA

Casa de Fortuna is a new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Faro Park, Playa Blanca. It was completed in the Spring of 2004 and is situated very close to the coast. There is a car parking space to the side of the property. It is ideal for families who are looking for a really relaxing holiday and offers tranquillity that is not readily found in the built-up established tourist resorts such as Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise. Fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the interior of the villa offers classic Spanish architecture with its combination of granite and marble tiling throughout, providing stunning results and a cool airy feeling. The villa is fitted with charming shutters with integral mosquito nets that guarantee a peaceful night's sleep! The heated pool is set in a large sun terrace with four luxurious sunloungers. There is a shaded dining area and another teak table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful garden.

There is a lovely little parade of shops, which is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. There are 2 supermarkets which will provide you with all the day to day essentials, a Chinese restaurant, a bakerie/patisserie, 2 coffee bars, hairdresser and 2 local bars.

Playa Blanca with its fine restaurants, banks and shops is only 5 minutes drive from our villa. There are some lovely beaches - Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada and Papagayo - which are all within easy driving distance.

The new Marina Rubicon is bursting with lovely restaurants and shops and there are some fine boats to admire whilst you sit and relax at the waters edge.

There is an 18 hole golf course which opened in July 2008 in Puerto del Carmen and another full course in Costa Teguise. A third golf course is due to be built in Puerto Calero and ultimately, a fourth in Playa Blanca.

We offer a complimentary 'Welcome Pack' for our guests upon arrival. We include wine, bread, milk, butter, jam, biscuits and water in the 'Welcome Pack' and there are containers of tea, coffee and sugar for your use.

Rental notes

Prices shown are for the property per week based on 2 people sharing. For each additional person, please add an extra �50 per person. The 5th person will only be charged an extra �30 for use of a high quality 'Z'-bed. Please note that there is no charge for children under the age of 5.
