There is air-conditioning, which also provides heating in the winter months plus an additional oil heater. For the summer months a fan light provides extra cooling.

The front terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and allows you to enjoy the view with a glass of vino! To the rear of the property a small walled patio and utility area. A gate leads to a communal courtyard and garden area with fountain.

There are many blue-flag,unspoilt beaches nearby which are popular with the Spanish during the summer months, although they are never overcrowded. A palm-lined paseo stretches around the whole bay and there are numerous bars/restaurants where you can enjoy a 3 course menu del dia for around 7 or 8 euro.

For Golf enthusiasts the nearest club is only 5 minutes drive away, and only 30 mins from La Manga.

Places of interest include Cartagena, with its navel tradition and historical sites, Murcia for its architecture, and inland the traditional hilltop village of Aledo and the Sierra Espuna national park is a must for walkers/hikers.

A weekly market provides opportunities for bargain-hunting and to purchase locally grown produce.

This is an ideal home for a romantic break for two or family holiday
