Step out from the family room on to the pool deck, with pool furnishings to relax on in the Florida sun, and a sparkling pool with spa that has a child safety fence available for guests’ use, and can be optionally heated with a gas heater. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
If that's not enough, then why not take the time to enjoy the "games room" that's been provided in the garage, with a 7ft pool table and an electronic darts board.
Sleeping accommodation at Sunny Villa includes a master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, plus closet space, dresser and TV/video, and en-suite bathroom with vanity basins, shower, bath and separate toilet. A second bedroom provides a full-size bed, with nightstand and lamp, dresser, TV and closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with vanity basin, toilet and shower. There are 2 further bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and one with twin beds, dresser and closet space, that share a family bathroom.
The kitchen at Sunny Villa has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a quick snack, or a family feast. Or why not eat out at one of the many nearby restaurants?
