The spacious and upmarket Alegranza residential development is located in the stylish cosmopolitan resort of Playa Blanca with its many attractions, restaurants, bars and shops

Opposite the villa is the nearest of the three swimming pool areas, each of which has a separate children's pool and poolside showers. The areas are fully tiled, spacious and immaculately maintained. There are plenty of free sunbeds available for your use.

The villa consists of a large tastefull open plan lounge area beautifully furnished and fitted to a very high standard. There are two large and comfortable sofas from which you can watch the Sky TV or choose from the large selection of DVDs, CDs,books and games which are provided for your convenience.

Double french windows lead from the lounge area to the garden and the large south facing tiled terrace and patio. This area is furnished with a table and chairs, a BBQ and sunbeds and is ideal for sun bathing dining or just relaxing. There are beautiful views of the Timanfaya National Park from the patio and the garden area.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob unit complete with a cooker hood, a full size fridge freezer, a fitted microwave/oven and a fitted washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and kitchen implements plus an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an iron and ironing board. There is a breakfast bar with chairs and a high chair.
From the kitchen a French door also leads to the patio and BBQ area. There is also a separate external enclosed and secure drying area.

There are two large bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other twin beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes bed side tables and ceiling fans. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters in addition to the curtains in order to keep out the light if you wish to take an afternoon siesta or have a holiday lie-in. All bed linen and towels are provided and a cot is also provided.

The large fully tiled marble family bathroom is fitted with twin wash basins, low flush toilet, bidet, full sized bath and shower. All towels for use in the bungalow and at the pools are provided, but it is requested that these are not taken to the beach etc.

A short walk from the villa is a small supermarket, which in addition to providing all your daily needs also offers freshly baked bread and pastries.
