A quiet location ,La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a few minutes walk away.
FITTED with FULL Air conditioning and INTERNET wi-fi available.

The Villa is ideal for families or couples looking for plenty of space as you will also have access to the lovely gated communal pool plus a tennis court, both of which are less then 2 minutes walk away (keys provided).

From the living rooms upstairs, you have access to the outside dinning area as well to the private rooftop sun terrace you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows.

The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with Satellite TV,(Basic Astra & UKTV) wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas.
The dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the Bi-fold doors to outside dinning area plusFrench doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool & stairs to rooftop sun terrace.

kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher plus a separate utility room with washing machine,there is also a washroom on this level.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor come with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and "rain water" shower plus a security safe. The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to have either twin beds or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements.

Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here again there is a table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower.

The price is PER WEEK not PER PERSON, the price includes full use of Pool, electric, water etc. The arrival and departure cleaning and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels) is INCLUDED for the rental term. A MIDWEEK or MID-TERM linen change is available but at an EXTRA CHARGE(approx£46.00 for 6 persons for less, pro rata).

Booking deposit - 25%
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - £200GBP
