It is situated less than 5 mins walk from the popular Marina Duquesa and a blue flag beach, with a large proportion of the apartments being owner occupied and therefore, the visitor is sure of peace and quiet in the community, whilst having the benefit of many high class restaurants and bars in the nearby lively port.

The apartment is south-west facing, overlooking the pool area not the road, with ample opportunity for sunbathing whilst allowing shade if required (N.B.also air-con). Being on the ground floor pool level)there is easy access to the pool area (just step of the terrace - and no running up stairs for cool drinks!), although due to the design of the complex, is actually above the road level, so no traffice noise/unpleasant odours etc. There is a communal pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, in addition to the private terrace (which DOES get the sun!).

The complex is perfectly situated next to the palm-fringed marina with it's bistros, bars, restaurants offering high quality, varied cuisine plus convenience shops (supermarket, newsagents/gift shops)) and is ideally suited for families, couples, those interested in water sports or golfers alike. Closed to through traffic this peaceful haven is a joy to all holidaymakers of all ages.

A 5 minute stroll along the Paseo (west), takes you to the 'old' Duquesa with its Castillo and typically spanish restaurants and a less 'touristy' feel.

A 10 minute stroll along the beachfront promenade (east) brings you to Sabinillas,a traditional Spanish town. There you can find excellent tapas bars and seafood restaurants and there is also a children's play area.

There are two large supermarkets situated in Sabinillas, together with all usual amenities including banks, chemist,post office.
