The Villa is located in Denia, between Alicante and Valencia

so is close to both Airports.

Terra Mitica, Aqulandia,Vergal Safari Park and Benidorm

are a forty minute drive from the Villa.

Ibiza and Majorca ferries leave Denia twice daily.

Local Fiesta are on the 19th of March, 15th of July and 14th/15th/16th August.

Denia has a new Marina which is only a short drive from the Villa.This spacious villa also benifits from a full conserje
