Holiday House in Ciudad Quesada, Dona Pepa 11,Costa Blanca,Spain

This Semi Detached Duplex House sleeps up to 8 persons, with 2 Community pools, it is ideal for family holidays. Furnished to a very high standard throughout, it includes air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge/diner. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted.

It has attractive private gardens to the front, side and rear of the property. The frontal aspect of the house includes a shaded front porch with patio table and chairs provided. The rear of the property has a barbeque area with patio table and chairs. The community gardens has a swimming pool and childrens pool.

The house is situated on Spain's Costa Blanca about 30 minutes drive South of Alicante. The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches and year round sunshine.

Quesada is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday, it is also an ideal base to explore the many attractions in the area, including water parks, water sports, horse riding and boasts 12 superb golf courses all within easy travelling distance. (Mini Golf in main Quesada Town). The nearest beach is La Mata which is about 5 minutes by car and Guadamar is approx: 10 minutes by car.

Lidl & Consum Supermarkets, restaurant & bank are all within 3/4 mins walk from house.

Quesada town is approximately 15 minutes walk. Rojales town is approx: 5 minutes drive, Torrevieja town approx: 15 minutes drive. Guardamar town approx: 10/15 minutes drive. The waterpark in Quesada is approx: 5/10 mins drive away.

Torrevieja has major stores and supermarkets, including Lidl, Carrefour, Mercadonna & Aldi stores. Quesada village itself offers a very good choice of restaurants, shops and banks, a pharmacy and an excellent choice of bars.

The nearest typical Spanish village of Rojales has a large market offering fresh fish, meat & vegetables.

Alicante or Murcia airports are both within 30/40 minutes drive to the house. The drive is straight forward and detailed directions will be provided. Car hire is not essential but is recommended.

Coast/Beach. The golden sandy beaches of Guardamar are approximately 10 minutes drive away and are several miles long. The beaches are backed by sand dunes and national park area to the north of Guardamar. Here you can relax on wonderful sandy beaches or enjoy fabulous parades at fiesta times. There are daily markets all within a short driving distance.

Golf. In Quesada itself there is a Mini Golf course available and an 18 hole golf course complete with club house and practice driving range, tennis club and bowling club all within 5 minutes drive. The area boasts 12 golf courses in all.
