This modern purpose built apartment is conveniently situated just 100 metres from Swanage Town Centre and only 200m from the beach. The safe, sandy beach extends around the bay giving lovely views of Peverell Point and the chalk cliffs of Ballard Down. The bay is further enhanced by the beautifully restored Victorian pier and the old stone quay. The town has a good range of small shops, restaurants and pubs and a small theatre. A wide range of water sports are available in the bay and in the summer season, there are boat trips to Brownsea Island, the Isle of Wight and other coastal attractions. From either end of the bay are wonderful cliff walks for exploring the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. From the town centre, the Swanage Steam Railway passes through the Purbeck Hills to Corfe Castle.
