Holiday Villa in COSTA BLANCA PLAYA FLAMENCA, TORREVIEJA.
This is a fantasic villa, located on a quiet complex, down a private gated walkway. The Villa is approximately 45 minute stroll to the beach and less than a 2 min walk to one of the 2 large communal pools on the complex, with baby pools.The beach is actually very close and takes a few minutes by car but walking takes longer as you have to use a pedestrian bridge to cross the main road.
The local supermarket, bars and restaurants (suitable for all tastes) are all within a comfortable walking distance.
The house is fully equipped with all your home comforts, TV(UK channels), DVD player, CD player. There are 2 twin bedrooms. There are three air conditioning units located in the lounge and both bedrooms. All are operated by coin meter.(set at the same rate we are charged by the electricity provider)
We also offer free wifi.
The jacuzzi (which is heated) is located on the roof solarium. Also on the terrace,dining for 6, sun loungers and a BBQ, perfect for chilling & entertaining!
Everything you may need on your holiday is available within a short walking distance: Cashpoint Machine, chemist, hairdresser etc.
Also close by to the Villa are plenty of blue flag beaches, where you will find sun loungers, beach bar and equipment hire.
The town of Torrevieja itself is just 10 minutes drive, bus, or taxi away, all of which are easily available. The town has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. plus lovely seaside promenades, several beaches, an aqua park, street markets and a marina.

We can offer you the use of a travel cot and highchair .
We are flexible out of season, and you do not have to book Saturday to Saturday, and you can also book long weekends please ask!
There is a compulsory cleaning charge payable locally on arival @ Euro 70 for each booking which includes 1 set of bedding and bath towels per person.
If you do not wish to hire a car during your stay we can provide you with details for airport transfers ranging from a small car to a minibus, please ask at time of booking.

Four are provided on the terrace although not all shown in the pictures.
Can we walk to bars and restaurants?
2 minutes will find the Luna Italian just outside the complex, 5/10 minutes away are
Paulaner German Restaurant and Arrocería El Sarmiento Restaurant while crossing the N332 via the pedestrian bridge will find many bars and restaurants of all Nationalities approx 15minutes walk.
How far is Zenia Boulevard?
6 minutes by car or 29 minutes walking.
How far is The Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre?
3 minutes by car or 16 minutes walking.
How far is the Playa Flamenca Saturday market?

Cleaning fee / Damage deposit?
We Have a Managing Agent and a cleaning or linen fee of 70 Euro is payable on arrival. ( Bedding and house towels are provided )
You will be met when you arrive property given keys and shown around.
We hope guests treat our house with respect and therefore do not ask for a damage deposit.
Airconditioning?
Three units. One in each bedroom and one in the Lounge. Operated independently via a coin meter which takes one and two Euro coins. Charged at the same rate we pay the provider it was installed to encourage sensible use. On average most guests use 6/8 Euro in a week.
Checking and Departure?
We ask that check in is after 3pm and departure by 10am.
We do however try to be flexible on timings when possible.
Is the Hot Tub private?
Yes, for your use only. Drained, sanitised and filled for your arrival.
