This apartment is perfectly located right above Cours Saleya, and in the middle of charming old Nice. It is walking distance to everything you need. The icecream store below is fantastic! The owners Claude and Simone were excellent hosts, right from the first enquiry to the time we left the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nice. |

Small but perfectly formed studio in Nice makes for a perfect tete a tete.” This is a delightful studio in the centre of Nice old town. Perfect location for walks by the sea, trips to the Cours Saleya ( Flower Market) visits to the Musueum of Modern Art and a general immersion in la vie Francaise. The owners are a delightful couple that made us feel very welcome, supplied a well stocked studio and were genuinely concerned that we had a great time.Eveything that we needed was here both in the studio and in the town. |

The listing for this apartment and location were accurate and the pictures on the website helped us to make an informed decision. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Although small and compact, it was bright and comfortable. It was situated in a central location in Old Nice and we walked everywhere easily. Wonderful restaurants right at our doorstep and of course a fabulous patisserie. Claude was extremely helpful, friendly and generous. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and would stay here again. |
