“Very good accomodation in nice beach town” We rented this flat for a month this summer and it was perfect for our needs, when we had a mix of young and old family staying with us. The flat is big and is equiped exactly as stated in the advert. The complex has two really lovely pools and a nice atmosphere, with a mix of english, turkish and french vistors. The flat is about 5 minute drive from the beach, and the big weekly market is directly across the street. “Outstanding Apartment and Complex.” As soon as I sent the enquiry e - mail I recieved a personal but proffesional service from the owner Sibyl. There was lots of useful information regarding the area from where the shops are & about the local markets, the historic sights, the local dolmus (bus) services and taxi's, the various trips and tours etc. Sibyl also arranged the transfers from the airport to the complex and the return at the end of the holiday, which put our minds at rest as we had never visited Turkey before and were arriving very late at night. On arrival at the property we (2 adults and 11 yr old) were shown around the apartment and how things worked by the letting agent, there was also a welcome pack of water, bread, butter, jam, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and juice that was most welcome due to the time of arrrival. The property was very spacious and clean, it is fully equiped as a home with everything you would need, air conditioning in the living room and both double bedrooms (very useful in Aug), plenty of storage space, tv with dvd player and sky channels and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. The complex is gated and kept very clean with 2 pools that are kept well maintained. There is a small bar/resturant on site and all the staff are very friendly and helpfull. We were a little worried about the location due to it being away from the main centre and beach but this was not a problem due to the fantastic dolmus service and local taxi's, also the resturants do a pick up/drop off service, the best of both worlds really as it was very peacefull but easy to get around to the more lively parts. Our fist holiday in Turkey but wont be our last, would definately be returning and would concider coming back to the same apartment as there is still plenty for us to do and see, overall a fantastic owner, apartment and complex. | Message | We found the apartment to be a very spacious overlooking the 2 swimming pools on the site, which were well maintained. The people were freindly. It's very close to the bus station 2 mins walk with plenty of dolmus (mini bus) to town or beach. Also coaches to many parts of Turkey. Next door is a bakers, excellent fresh bread for 50p.also 2 small supermarkets. The big supermarket is about 30 mins leisurely walk (15 minutes if you walk fast) but you can catch the dolmus which takes 5 mins. The beach is about 15 mins by dolmus but a good 45 mins walk. Saturday sees a huge market 2 mins walk - many bargains. I will definitely holiday here again. Sibyl is absolutely wonderfully helpful. "Family Holiday August 2009" This was our first family holiday not booked through a travel agent. After contacting Sibyl, I was sure that I had made the right choice. The description of the apartment was spot on & had everything that we needed for a family holiday.All of the rooms & living areas were spacious. Sibyl was very helpful & accomodating. The apartment was close to the main bus station so it was easy to get around. The complex bar was a very friendly place to eat & drink. A great place for couples or a famliy - Colin & family, England. |

"First Holiday In Turkey" It was my first holidays in Turkey & have to admit - excellent. The apartment was nice, spacious, well kept, air conditioning working. Swimming pools are clean & well maintained. Sibyl is very helpful & one can really feel that she wants you to have a good time in the apartment. The price is very reasonable.
