Well, what can we say, this Villa is amazing, so clean and spacious. It is looked after so well and so professionally. The location is excellent and is very quiet and safe - not too far from the night life and restaurants and the sea. We had great support from Jamie and Memhet and enjoyed the excursions we booked. The pool is so clean - infact every thing is and we did not want for anything. We felt the photos did not do it justice - defiantely recommend it to friends and we plan to visit again. We were more than well looked after. All in all 10 out of 10 Well done Farad and Kim !!!!!

A modern property with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable holiday. The pool and garden area are particularly nice and we spent many enjoyable hours there.A quiet location but reasonably adjacent to shops and restaurantsthe local bus stops outside the villa and it costs about 70p to go to Calis Beach or Fethiye. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday

After a long journey, we were greeted in Turkey by Mehmet who handles the transfers from the airport to the villa. He packed all of our bags, and even stopped for us to grab a kebab on the way to the villa at 2 in the morning! Arriving at the villa, the interior is very well finished, and we were immediately struck by the cleanliness. The welcome pack was superb, and enabled us to get a quick drink before hitting the comfy beds. The attention to detail is great, even down to the flowers on the bed. All the rooms are spacious and there is a bathroom for everyone. Waking in the morning to bright blue skies, the views from the veranda are impressive of baba dag mountain in the distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and enabled us to cook and barbeque as we wanted with no problem. Outside, and the garden is very well looked after, with a beautiful selec tion of flowers and plants. The patio area is well sized, and the barbeque area is well positioned, with an outside work top and sink adjacent. The pool is a good size, and was cleaned and checked daily. The raised seating area is well thought out, and allows a break in the shade from the midday sun. A nice touch is the DVD player which enabled the kids to watch a film on the day we had some rain. There are some very good restaurants in Fethiye and some good kebab restaurants in Calis. A trip into Fethiye of an evening is well worth it theres plenty to see and do. This is the 7th villa holiday we have been on, and the villa is by far the best we have stayed at. It is very well finished and furnished. Farad and Kim have done a tremendous job of setting this up, and we were very well looked after during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay at this impressive property.

A little bit late in posting the review but holiday still not been forgotten. stayed for 2wks in Aug 2010. Met at airport & taken to villa, a rep regularly making sure we were well taken care of. Transport to anywhere from just outside the villa. Twice weve been there and will go back there again as holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable. a big thankyou to Farad & kim for there hospitality and in making sure the holiday was thoroughly enjoyable.

Would like to start by saying a big thank you to farad and kim for such a fantastic holiday this was our first time to turkey and could not have wished for a fantastic villa like shiraz villa. From start to finish the holiday is so well organised from the transfer from and to the airport to the amazing pool the fantastic welcome pack. our ages range from 18 to 72 years of age and there was plenty to do for all ages from boat trips to jeep safari to renting a yaught for the day . Regards to the villa if you did not want to leave the villa that would be fine as the villa is equipped with everything you will need .Thank you once again Yvone Debbie Josh.
