"Home away from home" A lovely villa with all the amenities you could wish for on holiday. It's ideally located within a gated community which is only minutes away from Disney. The villa is maintained to the highest standard by the owners, Graham and Heather and we felt like it was home away from home - just as promised. Graham and Heather provide a wonderful service, so feel free to ask them for tips and advice and they would be happy to help however they can. This was our second visit and we are already planning our return. |

"A home from home" We have stayed at the villa twice and would definitely recommend it. The location was perfect, the villa well equipped and very clean. The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to book with. Looking forward to the next visit!! |

"Best holiday ever - home from home." The home was superb. Everything we needed. We had a problem with the pool filter not working and also the waste disposal in the kitchen. One call to the property management office and they called the same day to fix. The location was good for us although the drive to the large supermarkets was a good 20 minutes. The house had everything you needed - it felt just like home. |

"Absolutely fabulous!" We have been holidaying in Florida many times over the last 10 years and each time we have really enjoyed it. We have stayed in Sunset Lakes in 3 different villas and love it each time. Your particular villa is lovely, it is well kept and you can tell it is also a family home. It was home from home for us too and very well situated for traveling around. I look forward to using it again in the future |

"The best villa in Orlando!" Great accommodation, close to the main Disney Entrance, local shopping and restaurants. Swimming pool and bedrooms more than sufficient to cater for parties up to 8. Its my 3rd time staying at the house and wont be the last! |

"Magic Kingdom and a magic villa!" We had a fantastic holiday in Florida. This villa provides everything you could want for your holiday accommodation. It is close to all the parks and local amenities, yet is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet too. The villa is spacious and was very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. |

"A memorable experience was enjoyed by everyone" The villa was perfect for our needs of two families with plenty of room for the children. "Sunshine Villas" The Villa is a real home away from home - plenty of space (for 8 people) and excellent facilities. Fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The facilities include TV's in all bedrooms, swimming pool and wireless Internet. The gated community is nicely landscaped and feels very secure. Lots of wildlife - armadillos, cranes and of course raccoons (they love to get in the trash!) make themselves known. The location is close to lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants on the 192. And its not far to Walt Disney World. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer! |

"Great time had by all" What an experience - Florida was much much more that we expected, everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The Villa was fantastic, very spacious, safe and secure. Being just a short ride from the attractions was excellent, and the pool was lovely to laze around when we needed a rest!! We would definitely recommend this villa and would have no hesitation to go back. We can honestly say there wasn't a thing we would have liked to have changed about this holiday. |
