We rented this appartmentfor the last 2 weeks of August 2012 and htoroighly enjoyed ourselves. As the famous advert says, this house does exactly what it says on the tin! We were 5 in our party, all over the age of 20, and found the accommodation to be extremely roomy, well equipped and presented. The complex itself is highly secure with well layed out gardens and pools and is also well maintained. I would recomend a stay here to anyone, that is if you can beat us to booking for the same time next year! John Vincenr |

I cannot recommend this apartment any higher, the complex is well maintained, mostly quiet and has superb pools for lounging around in the hot sun and a children’s play park that my boys loved. We had some fantastic weather during the first 2 weeks of April 2012 and I must say, this was a superb Easter break. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured on the web page, it was impressively clean, well maintained and the collection & return of keys was simple and painless. Communications with the Landlord was effective, swift and above all, most helpful. We (myself, the Wife and 3 boys aged 9, 6 & 3) were very well accommodated we didn’t even use the second twin room. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and completely fulfilled the home from home ideal. A hire car is a must if you want to get out and about, the beaches at Estepona are wonderful and only a 10 min drive away. We took a day trip to Gibraltar and a taxi tour is recommended, it’s cheaper than the cable car and doesn’t involve lots of uphill walking. Access to this area of Spain is simplicity itself, we flew from Luton to Malaga and took the hour or so drive to Sabinillas. Be sure to use the right road I mistakenly took the toll road from Malaga and it cost me €26 to get there. Nothing on the way back as I took the coast road via Fuengirola and Torremolinos, a very picturesque drive. The cupboard under the stairs is well equipped with inflatables, buckets and spades (thanks Jenny), cool box and comfy sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and utensils available which, I put to good work. Charcoal is really cheap from the supermarkets and a BBQ dinner with a cold beer a fantastic end to several days whilst there. We have renewed faith in the EHIC (Euro Health Insurance) system as our 6 yr old came down with Tonsillitis whilst there. We went to the Urgencia/Ambulatorie in Estepona, showed the card and he was seen, diagnosed and antibiotics prescribed all in less than a half hour. I have marked this on the map in the drawer for future reference. I cannot recommend this apartment, the complex or the area any higher than by saying, I’m booking again for next year. |

| Message | I rented this excellently appointed apartment in August last yeaar, and had the most wonderful week using it as a base to explore southern Spain, enjoying the local beaches and just chilling by the pool. The apartment was extremely clean, well set out with everything one would need to enjoy a week. The double aspect, double balcony main bedroom was gorgeous, with the 2 lower bedrooms large enough for my 2 large boys to enjoy. Set in well presented and kept ground, the pool is right outside your door, and it is just a very short, 4 minute walk, to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as did my family, and will be staying again. | ||||||

| Message | Been back to this apartment 3 times now so that should tell you everything you want to know.From booking, through the holiday and finally key return everything has always run like clockwork. Why go back 3 times? because its home from home with every amenity you could wish for. Yes you need a car really, especially as Gibralter is only 25 mins drive away. I would most definately reccommend Macs pad for a relaxing home from home (with copious amounts of sunshine) holiday. | ||||||

We had excellent communication throughout with the owner and given good directions to the apartment. The extra information provided for the apartment was also clear and concise. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped, situated in a well looked after gated complex. A car is a must and we hired through Carhire3000.com, who use AurigioCrown in La Linea next to Gibraltar. The apartment is ideally placed for visits to Estepona, Gibraltar and into the hills. We would definitely recommend and use it again. |

I stayed here at the start of the summer holidays with my partner, our two children aged 9 and 6, and my Dad. The apartment is lovely, exactly as described and in the pictures. There was nothing that we needed that hadn't been supplied - and having access to things like a beach umbrella, folding chairs and a cool box was very handy. We added buckets and spades to the collection of items when we left! The apartment is very well situated between the two pools, the upper balcony overlooks the smaller pool, which we used the most as it was usually quieter. Sometimes we even had the pool to ourselves despite it being high season. The pools are both lovely, and each has a separate baby pool too. The water and the surrounding areas were always beautifully clean and well maintained. There are toilets at each pool too which is handy. My daughter absolutley loved the waterfall in the bigger pool. Overall we had a fantastic holiday here, and would definitley recommend it. The owner was very friendly and helpful, always responding immediately to emails. Even the cleaner, popping round the day before we left to confirm what time we needed to be out the apartment, found my partner mopping the floor and promtly sent him to the pool, saying to leave it for her and to enjoy himself. Our flight left slightly later so they allowed us to leave our packed cases in the hall and even a picnic in the fridge while they prepared the apartment for the arrival of the incoming guests. Overall everyone involved with the apartment was as friendly and helpful as they could be and and the apartment was not lacking anything, I cannot think of anything to say that could have improved our stay. |

My husband, 2 teenage children and my mum had a wonderful stay in this apartment in April 2011. The flat lived up to expectations, it was more like a house on 2 floors, very well kept and maintained and exceptionally clean. Felt like home! Everything was in good working order and exactly as the pictures show. The owner was a pleasure to deal with right from the very beginning and we felt safe booking the apartment with him even though we had not met him! He was very happy to answer any questions we had and was very obliging. The lady who looks after the property on site was also very helpful and pleasant. The beach was a few minutes walk away and there are 2 swimming pools on site very close to the apartment. The only small drawback was that the area in which the apartment is situated is quite a way from the main areas, and you most definitely need a car if you want to go out at night to restaurants and sightseeing as there does not appear to be any public transport nearby. There is plenty of parking space available. The complex is very well maintained, in a quiet spot, and is suitable for a relaxing wind-down holiday. We would not hesitate to stay there again should the opportunity arise. |
