Dear John, We had a wonderful time at your home. You have a lovely home and it is very nicely appointed. You and your wife have done a beautiful job decorating it. It only wound up being myself and three kids due to unforeseen circumstances, so we had so much room. The pool area is very inviting. The bathroom in the pool area was great, so no one tracked through the house. I found myself just sitting on the lanai many evenings. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We did not utilize the game room, like we probably would have, if everyone would have come. Your cleaning company does a fabulous job. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. There was plenty of the home necessities that you might not find at other places. The extra touches were nice. I compliment you on everything about your home. I will definitely be recommending your home to people going to the area. If we make it back, I would definitely be contacting you to rent again. The way you handled everything was very professional, and much appreciated. Thank you again for helping us to have a wonderful vacation. |

This home is amazing! My family (8 of us) stayed here for a week and we had plenty of room, the home was beautifully furnished, very clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The owners were very responsive to our needs. We will rent this home again!! |

JUST GOT BACK FROM MY STAY AT FLORIDA PALMS 19/10/13-2/11/13 IN A WORD SUPERB MY FAMILY AND I COULDNT FAULT IT IDEAL LOCATION FOR THE PARKS FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO GET AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF THE PARKS,GRANDCHILDREN LOVED THE POOL. I have never been to Florida and have just had one of my best vacations. When i first stepped into Florida Palms i was taken back. it was a better than my dream House.The villa has everything you would need for a stay. i have stayed in many hotels before ranging in stars and none of them compare to Florida Palms. everything is near to the villa including wallmart 1 mins drive away and disney 15 mins drive. i will be xoming back and booking the same villa on my next visit - Thank you John for letting me stay in your beautiful home. andrew, uk, surrey |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. After long days at various attractions with three young kids, we were able to come home to peace and tranquility. The gated community added a sense of safety and security and we felt very comfortable there. Everything in the home was very welcoming, and nicely decorated. Florida Palms is a beautiful villa close to everything you will need during your stay. I was taken aback when first opening the door, its decor and furniture all look brand new and the photos I took will be an inspiration for my own home, the villa has a large swimming pool, huge bedrooms and enough space for all the family. All I really have to say is that I will be booking this villa again when I return to florida. Andrew |

We were delighted with your villa, furnished to an excellent standard and with all the facilities you could wish for. All commmmunication with yourself and the management agent has been straight forward and quick. The boys enjoyed playing in the pool and nothing better than being able to relax at the villa and by the pool after a hectic day at one of the various parks. The villa is located in a secure and well maintained community, very quiet in the evenings and just a short drive from the centre of Orlando where the majority of parks are located. We did all our shopping at Wallmarts being just 2-3 minutes down the road and also enjoyed eating out at Manny's, again, just a couple of minutes down the road. Easy to find location and directions you provided were of great help. On the odd day off from visiting parks we relaxed at the villa and also had the chance to use the games room, both boys really enjoyed the Air Hockey table in particular. Overall a great family holiday, we were delighted with our choice of villa and would be very happy to recommend to anyone accordingly. Kind regards Dave |

Our family of 4 generations were fully catered for in this exclusive villa. All the facilities were of great quality, my disabled mother had easy access around the villa she used one of the rooms with 2 single beds as the master suite bed was too high for her to climb in and out of but she had every amenity available to her and had excellent nights sleep. She was able to access the pool with our assistance. Our 4 year old grandson went swimming in the pool daily, I put a couple of plasters on the patio door as he kept forgetting the door was closed and bumped his head a couple of times. The patio got the Sunshine all day, you could either enjoy full sunshine or get shade under the veranda. I would certainly recommend this villa, there is easy access to the I4 taking only 10 to 15 mins to get to Disney, Walmart is only a 2 minute drive away. A fab holiday from start to finish.
