| Message | What can I say absolutely perfect, great location, loads of room, handy to walk into San Pedro or just to chill at the driving range, which has become very busy and does a special Sardine night on Tuesday's for 6 Euros. apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery,, everything was to hand, very home from home. swimming pools were very clean and Lifeguards on duty all day, a nice children's area for small children., very safe, will definitely return. my thanks to Phil and Martine who Made everything so easy. Well Done! | ||||||

| Message | My husband and I, plus a friend, stayed at the apartment in February. We loved it! The apartment was really well appointed, with everything we needed and the space was amazing! It was also spotlessly clean. We were lucky to have warm weather and eating breakfast on the balcony was a delight. Phill had given us full details of supermarkets and other amenities in San Pedro and so we were quickly organised and, most evenings, ate at the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and the large fridge was ideal for meals prepared for each evening. As it was February, we used the central heating on an evening and we were very warm all the time. The apartment complex was super and was lovely and quiet, although it was February! San Pedro was within walking distance and we loved the whole area. The walk along the beachfront Paseo was particularly good and we walked easily there and back to Puerto Banus. The whole holiday was just excellent and it was very good to know that Phill was just a phone call away, should we need to ask anything. We will definitely being going back for more holidays in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. | ||||||

We have just returned from this super apartment having spent 12 fantastic nights there with our family. The apartment is very spacious and probably the best equiped apartment we have stayed in. The complex is in a great location with easy access to everything and the complex is beautifully maintained. We will definatley be returning in the near future. |

We stayed at this lovely apartment mid-July to mid-August 2013. The main terrace is very spacious & faces the pool. It has a lovely large open aspect & a fab breeze coming off the sea. Just fab and especially in summer. Its like an extra room and a lovely place to sit, read & chat with friends. Two of the bedrooms share the second terrace - so the our teen girls had their own space - great for them & us!! Phill & Martine are very helpful and friendly and very easy to work with. Makes for a very pleasant experience on top of the fact that the apartment is clean, well laid out, has everything you need in a lovely secure gated complex with beautiful grounds. Just loevly |

| Message | We had a family of 6 stay for the first 2 weeks of June. The apartment lived up to our expectation. The place was very clean and had all the Mod cons. The TV had English BBC and ITV so the kid were happy. I would stay their again the next time we go to Marbella. Thanks again to Phil and Martine for the stay. | ||||||

The apartment is of a really high standard, the surroundings lovely with a big choice of clean pools to use. The owners go out of their way to help make the stay easy and extremely homely. I have just spent a great week away with the girls at this fabulous apartment. We stayed 17-24th June. We were so pleased on our arrival to find how beautiful the apartment is. It has all mod cons, and in a great location. (10 mins in a taxi from Peurto Banus) 3 spacious bedrooms, perfect for 4 girls with too much clothes/shoes! It has a huge balcony perfect for having breakfast in the sun. There are 2 pools right on the doorstep, and a few others further up the complex. We loved that the premises had security, fully gated and a guard patroling. Also there were lifeguards on duty daily. We had a great time, and hopefully we will return again soon! Thanks again Phill for the lovely apartment, and all your help planning our trip!! |

| Message | 5 of us have just spent a long weekend at this great apartment playing golf and enjoying the local culture. I would recommend this modern, well presented, clean and centrally located apartment to anyone looking for accommodation that sleeps 6 comfortably and has sufficient room for 6 big chaps and 6 large sets of golf clubs. Great value for money will use again! | ||||||

During the month of August me and five friends spent a week at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. Both the décor of the apartment and the communal area’s were immaculate. It was also very secure in terms of gated access, including electric gates on entrance with a vehicle. The two pool areas were very clean and well kept and there was a lifeguard present at all times whilst the pools were open. The furniture on the terrace was lovely for breakfast in the mornings and another nice touch was the apartments position, which took advantage of the sunshine at this time, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. The beds in the apartment are very comfy as is the living area, which features a L-shaped Sofa fitting upto six people on! The apartment has satellite TV we found this was homely touch (waking up to GMTV whilst making breakfast!). There is lift access to the apartment, which is useful when arriving and leaving with suitcases, however being on the first floor we used the stairs for the duration of holiday. The apartment is very well positioned and is in easy walking distance to San Pedro for local amenities such as the supermarket, bars and typical Spanish restaurants. We regularly visited Puerto Banus during the evenings and a taxi cost around 15 Euro’s each way for a 4 seater taxi. The apartment is within walking distance of the San Pedro beach, this took around 30 minutes walking at a steady pace. We would recommend this apartment to every type of holiday makers, the apartment exceeded our expectations in every sense and we plan to return to the apartment on our next visit to Marbella. The owners made both booking and the lead up to the holiday most enjoyable, answering all questions we had to ask about the apartment and surrounding areas. We thank them both for a very memorable holiday to Marbella, it was our first visit and certainly will not be the last. |
