Good afternoon, Linda I'm happy to say we had a lovely time at Rutland House, and it was perfect for our needs. The layout and space were both excellent and the kitchen was well-equipped, enough for us to prepare a full Christmas dinner for the family. The dining area was a lovely central hub and the lounge was comfortable and cosy. The location could also not be better - on the High Street in the midst of the delicatessens and boutique shops, yet above any hustle and bustle and very peaceful in the evenings. Hi Linda, We had intended to write in your guest book all week then in the chaos of packing we all forgot!! We had the most wonderful stay at Rutland House, everything was perfect!! Facilities are excellent and the place is clean, comfortable, perfectly located and most importantly has a gorgeous happy holiday feel to it. Your website photos do not do it justice! And obviously can not capture the layout which provides so many versatile areas ,ideal for family groups! A great find and we will be back!! We really did find the place wonderful , I had friends in Southwold at the same time, all of us come regularly and rent various cottages bringing along our parents , friends etc . They popped in and had a nose and were impressed by the standard and space yours provides ! So hopefully more customers for you ! Thank you for sharing your lovely sea side place! Claire Harvey |
