Reference for villa We found the villa to be beautifully furnished , clean and immaculate. The peaceful setting in a gated area was only minutes from amenities which was perfect for our holiday. After long fun-filled days our family enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool and spa. The villa has lots of living space and plenty to keep our family entertained – a games room with a pool table and xbox games. |

i Lindaetails are a/c no. 25101848 sort code 09-01-26. We absolutely loved our stay at your villa. It was a perfect place to just chill out during the day and to come back to after a busy day. We was a week excelent time at Villa Picasa. the house is like evething New. all is perfect. all the rooms all is very good. We really enjoyed the house. Definitely recommend Villa Picasa to others big family. I will back next year again. Linda is very nice person, very professionally. We spent wonderful vacations in Florida. The house is off the crowded places and still close by the main attractions locations. The pool and the view from the pool is a dream ! Neighbours were very quiet and side houses are at least 50 meters away. This was a perfect place for us and our 5 daughters. Kind regards Fabrice |

Hi Linda We had a fabulous time at Villa Picasa. Amazing house, the best one we've stayed at in almost 20 years we have been going to Florida! The rooms all decorated to a high standard, good facilities and lovely pool and view of the lake. We enjoyed eagle watching and being greeted each morning by huge crane like birds. We were initially a bit worried as building work at bridgeford crossing has stopped (credit crunch) and so the resort looked a bit empty and unfinished, but we loved it in the end as it was lovely and quiet. We had a few problems with internet access, cable TV and hot water, which we think were caused by an electrical storm (we had a few!). However Peach Property Management were very helpful and got things sorted very quickly. Definitely recommend Villa Picasa to others and John and I will use you again. |
