Anyway I just wanted to say that we have a superb time and your apartment was just perfect. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a god-send after a hot day out. The location was just perfect right next to the pool and was in the next block to my brother's apartment. Duquesa is such a good location and we made a couple of trips to Gibraltar which brought back memories (my Dad was stationed there 10 years ago). I am sure we will back !! Your apartment war so wonderfull. I think we didn`t read the description very well so we were so surprised of the excellent complete equipment: the two rooms with their two bathrooms, the view, the sunbeds for the beach, the pool infront of the door,the very good weather every day,den Marmorboden,the kitchen with everything we needed including the aftersun we had forgotten!!!,the grill we often used,the candlelights when sitting on the balcony,onetime the kids used the private jacuzzi wow.thank you for using your apartment and we maybe would like to come back sometime.My english is not so good but you surrely will understand our enthusiasm. This is the first holiday accommodation we have stayed in where Sue hasn't felt the need to clean on arrival, the apartment and all equipment was spotless. We have stayed in some very nice places with English Country Cottages but your place beats them all. You really have thought of everything. We constantly asked ourselves "I wonder if they've got this and that" only to open a cupboard and find it. Kids really enjoyed it, loved the pool and made themselves at home in their bedroom. Beaches were great, particularly enjoyed Duquesa/Sabinallas and Estepona. Also found a lovely beach at Alcaidesa (I think that's how its spelt) but on reflection we think this may have been a private beach as when we returned to our car there was a note saying residents only and suggested we would get our car towed away. Went to Peurto Banus and are now trying to work out how we can raise the cash to buy our own yacht. Kids wanted to go to Crocodile Park in Torremolinos, and although overpriced for what's on offer we are so glad we went because the kids loved it and got to hold a two year old croc. Really enjoyed our evenings sitting on your balcony when kids were settled and even watered your plants which is something we generally forget to do in our own garden. Date  06-12-2009 Rating  Name  Ann & Steve Message  Hi Carleen We had a brilliant time thanks; the apartment was superb - so spacious and extremely well equipped. Both pools were excellent - Ben especially enjoyed our daily swims and made lots of friends in the process! The atmosphere in the Port in the evening was very relaxing and friendly - we didn’t see much of the nightlife however as the kids are a bit too young to stay out late - we’ll have to come back again on our own for a long weekend sometime! we had quite a laugh with the sprinklers in the nearby pool. We think the timer was set incorrectly as they came on at 4.30 every afternoon - and as the sneaky little *uggers are hidden - they suddenly popped up and soaked everything in sight. We got caught out on the 2nd day but after that we were wise to what was going to happen and got well out the way at 4.25pm (we weren’t mean enough to not warn other unsuspecting sunbathers but it was tempting!). We had lots of nice meals out - Beccy’s was a favourite and also the Jolly Sailor. The ice cream bar (Griffins?) was popular with the kids - an ideal combination really, the parents can enjoy a beer while the kids slurp away at their ice creams! Although we looked we couldn’t find the Pollo Boutique in Sabinillas but the fish and chip shop in Duquesa now serves roasted chickens which we would highly recommend. Let me start by complimenting you on your beautiful apartment; I have stayed in quite a few in my time and never have any been so clean, comfortable, and wonderfully equipped. Our holiday was a busy one as you know and it was so good to be able to come back ‘home’ at night and just relax. The area itself is lovely and I have no doubt in my mind that we will be in touch with you again as there is so much we have still to explore, oh of course, and a golf course on the doorstep still to be played – fine by me that means I will have time to myself down at your pool drinking wine and reading my book.
