The apartment was lovely it had everything and more which we needed for our holiday. It was so clean and well kept. Was a nice walk to town and the beach. Can't wait to return. Date  18-10-2011 Rating  Name  Irene and Jeff Message  Hi it is us again.we have just spent our annual holiday in Margarets apartment.Every one who reviews it loves it.This is our third visit and we are lookin forward to our next one.We had some of the wonderful Spanish weather 85 F. We would recomend it to family and friends. Date  10-08-2011 Rating  Name  Carol and Colin Message  Just returned from a 12 day break at the apartment in Guardamar - our 3rd time. I can only reiterate what others have posted in this guest book - the apartment is fully and well equipped, location is perfect and literally a 10/15 minute walk to the town, which can be accessed via the main road or through the forest, you can also get to the beach via this route, where the sands are glorious and golden and stretch as far as the eye can see. Lauras bar does a mean english breakfast, run by Rami and her husband and they also do first class tortilla tapa's! We will hopefully returning very soon. It was like a home from home and one of the best furnished and equipped apartments we have stayed in. Absolutely everything available and superbly furnished. We took our own car with us to Spain so the secure, private parking was particularly important. Date  25-09-2010 Rating  Name  Irene and Jeff Message  We have only just arrived home from our second visit to Guardamar.Oh how we have missed the weather it was in the high seventies.We recommend the apartment to anyone,ones twos and families.The facilities are first class,with a view overlooking the pool for resident only.The whole complex can only be accessed by key holder residents, with parking facilities if needed. Didn't take our car ventured on the bus.and Bill.Go again yes please. Date  30-08-2010 Rating  Name  Hilary Savory Message  Throughly enjoyed our stay. A wonderful apartment well equipt and homely. Our two teenage girls also had a fab holiday. Beautiful walks along a pathway within a pine and eucalyptus forest down to some lovely beaches. Cool box, sun umbrella, and beach towels were very helpful and necessary for our picnics on hot beaches. A beautiful area.
