Hello we are Paul & Lynne, and we are from Manchester UK.
But we now live in Southport, Lancashire. Having spent many years on holiday here in Florida, it was our dream to purchase our own holiday home here. And now we are both retired we have achieved that dream.

OUR VILLA IS FURNISHED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD AND INCLUDES SPA, GARDEN VIEW POOL, GAMES ROOM, 2 MASTER BEDROOMS, GATED COMMUNITY, KEY LESS ENTRY, 24/7 MONITORED ALARM.

WE ARE FULLY LICENSED AS AUTHORISED BY FLORIDA STATE LAW.

When you arrive at our villa you will be met by our meet and greet representative, who will show you around and explain how everything works. At this time you will be given your 4 digit code to access the villa, this will replace having a key.

A 6 PLACE DINING TABLE AND A 4 PLACE BREAKFAST TABLE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR MEALS AT HOME.

THE VILLA HAS 4 BEDROOMS, AND CAN SLEEP 8 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. 1 KING MASTER, 1 QUEEN MASTER.

KING MASTER HAS LARGE BATHROOM, LARGE BATH TUB, LARGE WALK IN SHOWER, TWO WASH BOWLS.
OTHER BEDROOMS ARE 2 TWIN BEDROOMS WITH JACK & JILL BATHROOM.

3.5 BATHROOMS, IN WHICH 3 HAVE HAIRDRYERS.
ALL LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FREE.

SLIDING DOORS OUT TO THE POOL DECK ARE FITTED WITH ALARMS
ALSO A CHILD SAFETY FENCE TO KEEP YOUNG ONES SAFE.

THE SWIMMING POOL AND SPA CAN BE HEATED FOR £100 PER WEEK.(RECOMMENDED OCT-APR). A SHOWER HEAD, AND BATHROOM
CAN BE FOUND ON THE POOL DECK. THE UNDERCOVER LANAI WITH
CEILING FAN CAN OFFER SHADE FROM THE HOT SUN.

DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS FOR ALFRESCO DINING, ALONG WITH SUN LOUNGERS ARE AVAILABLE WHILST YOU ENJOY THE FLORIDA SUN.

Having just finished our holiday I would like to pass on comments:

The villa on arrival was in immaculate condition throughout. Beautiful decor and excellent amenities. I am a regular visitor to Florida since 1981, stopping in villas on each occasion, and this villa is simply the best. In a great location close to all the parks and in a friendly gated community. During my stay there were a couple of occasions when I needed to contact the property services and I found these to be very efficient and respond to my concerns immediately.Overall, an amazing stay which I would highly recommend to others and would love to return here. Thanks, the Rose family.
