Our apartment is a new, comfortable and minimalistic 2 bedroom apartment which allows for complete privacy overlooking the Mediterranean sea and Altea Hills.

70 m2 on 1st floor, tastefully furnished at a very high standard: living/dining room 25 m2 with TV, electric heating and air-conditioning. There is a 8 m2 terrace facing south. The community share a pool with outside shower and a garden area with a barbecue.

The ideal base to discover the lovely coastline and wonderful mountains in the area.

The surrounding area � Sierra Altea

The hills immediately north of Altea is a new exclusive area with large private mansions, steep hills and winding roads. The views are fantastic, the area calm and quiet. There are hiking trails nearby and a 9-hole golf course imbedded among the hills. A car is necessary to get around to reach supermarket 2.9 km, restaurant 2.9 km, bar 2.9 km, shingle beach 5 km. Golf course 2.6 km tennis club 10km.

The town of Altea is nearby and La Nucia, Alfaz, Calpe, Albir and Benidorm are within a short driving distance.
