Fantastic view over the golf course

Our elegantly-designed front line townhouse at La Torre has stunning views overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course. It is located in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for golfers or young families, being only 100 metres to two of the many children’s play areas and just six minutes walk from the nearest of the resort’s 22 swimming pools. Another seven minutes and you’re in the resort centre, where you can wine and dine in a selection of bars and restaurants.

The fully air conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size bed, if you prefer. There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights.

There's free Wi-Fi broadband available throughout the house and a telephone for free calls to other properties on the resort. And if you have a Skype account, you can call your friends back home, using the Skype phone.

One bedroom is downstairs, plus a shower room, incorporating toilet, sink & bidet. In the lounge area there's a leather corner suite, satellite TV with UK channels, a DVD/video player, CD player and a collection of over three hundred DVDs, CDs, books and games.

The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to the patio, with its fantastic views of the golf course. You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed. The recent addition of glass curtain means you can benefit year-round from this terrace.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetière, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom is upstairs, with an iPod dock & charger. Patio doors lead to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course, palm trees and lake. On the terrace you'll find a table (with umbrella), four chairs, four sun-loungers and a barbecue. The master bathroom includes a bath (with shower), vanity basin and bidet.

For your convenience, you'll find a sat nav at the townhouse, with pre-installed points of interest, such as the local towns, beaches, bars & restaurants.
