Two of the bedrooms are en suite, and there is another bathroom with bathtub/shower and 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and cappuccino maker. The beautiful living room with fireplace has a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Linens and towels are provided. There is also a washing machine and drying/ironing facilities.
Kitchen, dining and living room have large French doors opening onto two large terraces with wonderful views to Vence and St. Paul, both perched on their respective hills. Lounge chairs invite you to a sunbath, and there is a large lavastone table for alfresco dining as well as a portable barbecue. There are two bicycles with helmets and locks available for use.

The fully enclosed garden is gently sloping and set on 4 broad ‘restanque’ terraces, and features a fine selection of mature Mediterranean flowering plants & shrubs that bloom throughout the year.
There is off-street parking available for at least 3 cars, plus a garage with automatic door.
