We are renting several aparmants on this site, all are close together and on the same conditions.

Just 3 miles away is the new PGA standard Vita Park Golf Club comprising 2 x par 71 courses. Close by is the beautiful Aegean ocean which guests can reach by a funicular railway leading to a private jetty sun terrace with bar, restaurant and water sports. The apartments are ideal for couples and families that want a relaxing holiday in quieter surroundings but want easy access to explore Bodrum which boasts a Crusader Castle, fine restaurants and splendid seafront walks. The Peninsula itself has a breathtaking coastline dotted with many traditional and picturesque fishing villages and just 2 hours drive away is the magnificently preserved Roman city of Ephesus.

Living area with a luxury sofabed and a chair gives ample seating for 4-5, TV, Satellite, Double French doors lead out to a large balcony providing fantastic lake views and view over the main pool area.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, full place settings for 6 and a full range of cooking utensils.

Each apartment has air conditioning / heating in every room.

Accessibility
The general site is hilly and therefore maybe unsuitable for the less mobile or elderly. The apartments are however front line to the restaurant, pool and amenities so they can be reached more easily than for many apartments.

2 sets of steps are still required.

Outside
The private roof terrace, over looks the beautiful lake Tuzla and surrounding forests and mountains and is perfect for BBQ's. There are 2 balconies accessible from the bedrooms and Lounge. The larger front balcony has a table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening meal taking in the great views.
The largest of the shared swimming pools is close by and can be seen from the balcony. The club house offers indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. Other outdoor facilities include children's play area, ground chess, tennis, crazy golf, water sports and a beach club.

There is an on site mini market.

Coast/Beach
Lakeside Gardens has it own private beach club which can be accessed by the mono rail which is approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Beach Club is the decked jetty style sun terrace popular in Turkey populated with sun loungers, bean bags and parasols. The beach club also offers a bar and snack facilities, water sports and fishing. Bodrum Peninsula’s coastline has many secluded village beaches. Boat trips sail regularly from Bodrum Marina, the ideal way to see the stunning coastline.

Golf
Only 5km away, the new Vita Park Golf Project was launched in 2008. The Vita Park Golf project has received huge media interest and promises to be one of the top golf locations in the world. The project has one 18-hole and two 8-hole Golf courses in this privileged place overlooking the spectacular lake and mountains.

Travel
The Milas-Bodrum International airport is just 15 mins away from the complex.Transfer starts at approx £20 each way for 3 people (paid locally).
Although an enjoyable holiday can be had at Lakeside, car hire or local transport is recommended to go further a field. Bodrum is just 25 minutes by car. Alternatively the local Dolmus, which travels anywhere on the peninsula can be taken for around £2 each way. This runs regularly from Lakeside with the last return as late as 4am in mid summer.

This is a new luxury self contained resort with on site facilities for your enjoyment or relaxation. There is a travel agent on site if you would like to arrange a boat trip or visit one of the ancient sights of Turkey for example Ephesus is approx an hour and half away.
Tuzla Lake and its extensive wetlands lie at the end of a deep inlet from the Gulf of Güllük and Mandalya Bay. The site is unique as it is where the Lake unites with the sea. Embraced by rolling mountains covered with a rich combination of wild shrubs, Olive groves, Pine and Tamarisk trees, this is perhaps one of the most beautiful locations in Turkey. Ancient remains can be seen emerging from the still calm of the lake under a sky that, whenever you look up, seems to be the most spectacular yet. Bogaziçi Village. The fishing village of Bogaziçi nestles on the shores of Mandalya Bay. Today, a few fish restaurants fringe the seafront offering the days fresh catch and other Aegean specialities. Original old stone houses line the road and testify to Turkey's traditional village life. Bird Heaven. Tuzla Lake has been a nature reserve under international protection since 1994. A huge variety of birds take sanctuary here in the rich wetlands. Greater Flamingos flock to the area by the thousand and you can also see the largest population of White Storks in the region. Butterflies also breed here. For nature lovers and bird watchers alike, Tuzla is paradise.
A 25 minute drive finds Bodrum with a beautiful marina which is home to the wonderful Bodrum Castle, designer shopping, craft fairs and traditional shopping areas. Turkey is famous for great value, leather goods and hand made rugs etc. Many boat trips run from the Marina including trips to the nearby Greek island of Kos. With everything from quaint fish restaurants to the Mazarati Yacht Club and floating night clubs.plus the biggest open air night club in Europe, Halikanas, there is something for everyone in Bodrum.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the final balance, together with a refundable deposit of £100 to cover accidental damage, is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Rental costs include a cleaned apartment on arrival, all utilities, bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning and laundry can be arranged at extra cost on site.
