Villa Vista is a large, well appointed, traditional Spanish style villa, set on the egde of the picturesque village of Alcalali, in the beautiful wine growing Valley of Jalon.

Overlooking open countryside: the property is private and peaceful without being secluded, being only a five miniute walk to the village, with its popular restaurants, bars and children's parks.

The property is ideally suited to families: with 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite) large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room and seperate "games" room, with full size pool table and table football machine.

The covered "naya", with its magnificent mountain views, overlooks the swimming pool, sun terrace, garden and table tennis areas and is the ideal place to escape the midday sun or spend a relaxing evening watching the sun go down.

Dining inside and out is for 8 people, as is seating in the lounge and sunbathing area. Air conditioning and fans are provided, as is English TV and a wealth of family board games.

The Bodega is five minutes by car, in Jalon, for wine tasting. The local wines are delicious and cheap and there is always plenty to do and see nearby: from 'Aqualandia' and 'Terramitica' in Benidorm, to the Moorish village of Guadalest, perched on volcanic crags; from the crystal cool waters of the Algar falls to the Valor chocolate factory in Villajoyosa; or from the beautiful beaches in Javea and Moraira to honey tasting in Callosa.

The whole area offers endless possibilities for wonderful drives, walks or bike rides on the coast or in the mountains.
