This is a well maintained property in a medium sized complex built about ten years ago. Landscaped gardens surround two large pools and a children's paddling pool. This townhouse overlooks a rambla, attracting wildlife and offering a quieter outlook than most of the surrounding properties.
The complex is situated just a couple of minutes walk from miles of sandy beaches of Vera Playa. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped promenade as you walk south into the fishing town of Garrucha where you have a great choice of fish restaurants selling their freshly caught produce. Enjoy the mix of old and new, it's an area of Spain that still attracts Spanish holidaymakers, while offering a warm welcome to tourists.
Adjacent to the comples (2 minutes) is a variety of eateries,supermarkets, banks and shops. Within walking distance there are larger supermarkets and the town of Garrucha with an excellent array of shops and an atmospheric Friday market.
Although not a necessity a car is recommended, even though there are frequent buses that travel between Vera and Mojacar and weekly to Carbonera (nice trip). A car opens your horizons allowing trips to the spaghetti western film sets of Tabernas where you can enjoy live cowboy action alongside an attractive zoo. Travelling a few kilometres towards Villaricos there is Vera Water Park, another popular attraction; while for golfers there are a number of quality courses close by.
The property is well equipped, providing British and Spanish television and radio. It also has DVD and a CD player. The kitchen is furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, plus an oven and hob. There is also an iron, ironing board and all linen is provided.
