The large South facing terrace is not over looked, meaning relaxing on the sunloungers, soaking up the sun, is a private affair. Sun loungers and an outside table and chairs are provided. The views are truly stunning, with a large panorama of coast, encompassing Gibraltar to the West and North Africa to the East.

The area is also very tranquil, away from the immediate hustle and bustle, yet close enough to areas of night life should this be what you are looking for.

Also, the pool is located across a walkway, meaning that the associated noise is not a nuisance if you need a lie in!

Two private pools, one for children, a large private terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs, and two sun awnings to give shade if required.

Calahonda area
Calahonda has both a rural flavour and a coastal lifestyle, because, although the area is developed, its founder was keen on green areas, large plots and limits on apartment buildings. Thus, the area has grown in a generally peaceful and rustic fashion.

While the vast majority of Calahonda's 600,000 square metres is devoted to villas, townhouses and space for four golf courses, selected areas have been dedicated to providing residents with every amenity imaginable. There are, therefore, three commercial centres which house most of the development's 45 restaurants.

Marbella is a 15 minute drive away, and the spectacular Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes.
The ancient town of Rhonda is an hours drive into the country, with amazing views, beautiful gardens, old bull ring and a multitude of restaurants.

Cabopino beach is only a five minute drive away, with marina, restaurants, beach bars and water sports.
There are over 30 prestigious golf courses along the coast, with Calahonda and Miraflores being the closest.

Also there is a water park, go karting and a zoo, all located in Fuengirola, a 15 minute drive.
