Luxury 4 bedroomed bungalow villa in the mediterranean styled Lake Wilson Preserve estate. The Villa was built in 2005 but is in "as new" condition. Situated across from the Reunion and Championsgate golf resorts, the villa is within 10 minutes of Disney, Restaurants, Shopping Malls etc. It is close to the I-4 so access to all areas of Florida and Tampa is simple and quick.

The villa is situates very close to many excellent budget priced golf courses which include Ridgewood Lakes, Providence, Stonegate, Diamondback and Stoneybrook West. These courses can often be played for around per round includingtaxes and buggy hire.

Accomodation is all on one floor with 2 queen sized double ensuite bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms which share a third full bathroom suite. The living area, kitchen and dining room are spacious open plan and lead out onto the lanai and pool area. The pool is electrically heated and there is a separate charge for this if required. It is very relaxing after a hard days golf to return to the villa relax in the pool and pool area and then go out to one of the many fine local restaurants for tea!
