This superb first floor apartment built in 1999 is ideally located for the golf enthusiasts, overlooking the fairway and with the clubhouse only a 8 or 10 minute walk away. It is only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, Gibralter and the mountian town of Ronda. Less than two hours drive and you could be in the ski resort of Sierra Nevada or Granada, and it is less than four hours drive to the Algarve in Portugal!

Rental notes

Change over days are flexable.
A 25% non refundable booking deposit is required along with a photo copy of the principal guests passport.
A fully refundable damage / security deposit of �300 is held until the return of the keys and a satisfactory inventory check is compleated.
The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Cleaning will be done prior to your arrival, and a clean set of linen and towels will be left in the apartment. For rentals of more than 12 days a towel and bed linen change is included FOC.
Keys, maps and how to find it instructions will be sent to you by recorded post the week before you travel.
Please note, smoking is only permitted out side on the two terraces or in the garden area.
Booking deposit - 25%
Balance to be paid - 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - �300GBP
