A wonderfully well equipped ground floor apartment a 'home from home'. Ideally suited to two adults but sofa bed in lounge also available. Situated within modern complex of Compostela Beach Golf II, a family friendly resort adjacent to the stunning 'Golf Las Americas' golf course.
A quiet location, but central to the two resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The new Parque Santiago VI Commercial centre opened this year with a Mercadona supermarket (opened September 2014) - bars, cafes, shops and restaurants are all planned to open - across the road from the Complex. We are surrounded by an area that includes parks, trees and Golf Las Americas. The wonderful beaches of Vista Sur are a fifteen minute walk. A short taxi ride will take you to all the local amenities and next door is Five star Marylanza Hotel which houses an indoor spa/pool and gym.

The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen with microwave and full size oven, fridge freezer. It is separated from the dining room by a pull down screen. SAFE - free to all guests, housed in kitchen.

Lounge dining room with large sofa that converts to double bed 4.3. x 6ft,two seat sofa, dining table, four chairs, coffee table and 32" lcd t.v.. (BBC 1 and 2 and ITV available plus CNN and BBC World), DVD recorder. Large library of books and films and DVD for guests to borrow. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom plus portable fan.

Large bedroom with double wardrobe and plenty of drawer space, two single beds, alarm clock, bedside lamps, tv. and video player/videos.

Large terrace with table/chairs/parasol/lounger set within small garden, sun shines from early afternoon till sunset.

Apartment cleaned before arrival and after departure and includes weekly linen/towel change.

Compostela Beach has an onsite supermarket, two heated pools, table tennis/pool tables and children's play area. Evening entertainment,large screen tv in bar, restaurant/snack bar on site, laundrette, very helpful staff, 24 hour reception/money changing/excursions/taxi booking etc. Wi Fi and Internet access available.

Taxis to the airport take approximately fifteen minutes and cost about twenty two euros.
