ARCO IRIS APARTMENTS

A small complex of front line properties with lovely sea views over the beach of Arenal D'en Castell and the Son Saura coastline.

There are only five apartments in the complex - 2 x 2 bedroom and 3 x 3 bedroom apartments.There is a swimming pool measuring 9.5 x 4.5m (depth 1 - 2.2m) with ladder entry and a splash pool for children. Each apartment has a covered terrace, patio table and chairs for outside dining and 2 sunbeds.

Each apartment has a living/dining area with SAT TV (free to view channels) and the kitchens are furnished in a rustic style equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle and microwave. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom which houses the washing machine. Each apartment has a security safe for guest use.
