The Villa was built on a magnificent plot overlooking open countryside and with a long sweeping drive. Much of the surrounding land belongs to 'Timonera' and the gardens are quite magnificent, with Almond trees, Olive trees, figs, grapevines, shady pines and Bougainvillea, amongst many others.
The accommodation entrance is through an arch and up a curving external staircase to the front door (on the first floor). There is a large sitting room with leather sofas and oak dining table and chairs and an open fireplace. There is a kitchen off this room and a breakfast balcony with lovely views. Internal stairs lead down to the sleeping accommodation. From the sitting end of the room are large doors to a second sitting room (sun lounge). This is a wonderful room with large arched windows on 3 sides and stunning views. This room has a TV, video, DVD and sky TV. There is also a portable CD/tape player. From this sitting room there is a door with steps down to the enclosed courtyard.

Downstairs there are four double bedrooms - two with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom is fitted with fans and mosquito nets at the windows. There is one family bathroom and the master bedroom, with its king-sized bed, has an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom and the twin room next to it both have doors opening onto the large, sunny, enclosed courtyard. The courtyard has an atmospheric feel with lime-stone flagged floor and natural stone walls. There is a large table and chairs, further rustic, Menorcan tiled bench-seating under the grape vine, built-in BBQ, bougainvillea and almond trees. The large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace has a shower and toilet and this whole area can be closed off for safety.
