The villa is divided into 3 spacious self-contained apartments, one on each floor.
The upper apartment 'A' is furnished in 'Provincial' style and has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, comfortable lounge with sliding patio doors to a large balcony + sofa bed, seperate dining room, fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The middle apartment 'B' is furnished in traditional Spanish style and has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom + bunk bed, spacious lounge with sliding patio doors to the balcony + Sofa bed, seperate dining room, fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and seperate large shower room.
The lower garden apartment 'C' is furnished in light modern style and has 1 twin bedroom, large comfortable lounge/dining room with sliding patio doors to a private patio + 2 sofa beds, fitted kitchen and an ensuite shower room.
The individual apartments are available to rent from October to May (excluding holidays).
The coast is only about 500m away and has many kilometres of quiet, wide, sandy beaches nearby.
This area is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Spain, but is within easy reach of such popular destinations as Nerja with the famous caves, the pretty White Andalucian mountain villages of Competa, Frigiliana and Torrox. A little further afield you can easily visit Granada, Ronda, Seville, Jerez or Gibraltar. There are dozens of golf courses within an hours drive, the nearest being Añoreta and Baviera, both being only a few minutes drive away.
During the winter you could ski in the snows of the Sierra Nevada one day and spend the next day on the beach.
